How I work

As a psychologist and holistic dance therapist I focus on the connection of body, mind and nature. The mind helps us to reflect on ourselves while the body saves all experiences like a „memory card“. With my holistic approach I see the person embedded and connected with nature. In my work, I rely on research findings in neuroscience that body and mind are in an inseparable interaction with each other.

In the first steps, I will help you to become closely aware of body perception and the associated resources and potentials with different techniques. In this way, the physical experience during the counseling process can become the focus of attention. Together we will develop a theory of problems and find your goals and attentions.

Each person has an incredible wealth of resources and potential within themselves.

Sometimes these resources can be temporally difficult to access due to various events or have long been buried. On my own travels I help people through online advice. With Skype or other communication media (I also offer advice by writing) I develop a new body feeling with you and help to find answers within yourself.  By activating and reinforcing your resources you can deal with whatever life will bring you more consciously. Whether one works more with mind, body or nature during the individual sessions depends on your topic, interests and goals.
